If there are Second Amendment Sanctuaries

maybe there should be Psychedelic Sanctuaries.

If necessary we could get a Constitutional amendment

to recognize freedom of consciousness, the predicate to all other freedoms

as the premise of wisdom, the premise of our system of government.
